This website is operated by T.O.T.A.M ("we", "us", "our"). Throughout this site, these Terms & Conditions apply to all visitors, browsers, and customers who access or purchase from totam.nz.

By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., who provide the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

We make every effort to describe our products accurately, including specifications sourced from our suppliers and brand partners. We don't warrant that descriptions, images, or colours are entirely error-free — product images are for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly from the item you receive. If we discover an error in a listing, we reserve the right to correct it at any time.                                                                                                                                                                                                                          

ORDERS

By placing an order, you're making an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our discretion — most commonly if an item turns out to be unavailable. We'll aim to let you know within a reasonable time if we can't fulfil your order, and you'll be refunded in full for anything we can't supply.

Once payment is confirmed, title in the goods passes to you. Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the order is handed to the shipping carrier.                                                                                                                                                                                       

PRICING & ERRORS

Prices are listed in NZD and may change without notice. Where a product is listed with an incorrect price or description due to a typographical or system error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and refund you in full.                                                                                                                                                                                                   

SHIPPING & RETURNS

Our shipping rates, timeframes, and returns process are set out in our separate Shipping & Returns policy. We aren't responsible for delays caused by couriers or events outside our control once an order has been dispatched.

Everything on this site — text, images, branding, and design — is owned by us or used under licence, and is protected by New Zealand copyright law. You're welcome to browse and use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes, but you may not copy, republish, or redistribute our content, or use automated tools (including bots or scrapers) to extract data from the site, without our prior written permission.

The T.O.T.A.M name and logo are our trademarks.
