Yes, we deliver throughout New Zealand. Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is based on your order total, starting at $4.60 for orders up to $160. The full rates are on our Shipping & Returns page, and you'll see the exact cost at checkout before you pay. There is no extra charge for rural delivery.

Can I return an item?

We don't accept returns for change of mind. If your item is faulty, arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us at TotamSales@gmail.com and we'll sort it out. Damaged or incorrect items need to be reported within 30 days of receiving your order. See our Shipping & Returns page for details.

Email us at TotamSales@gmail.com or use our contact form.

Which brands do you sell?

We stock Teng Tools (hand tools, sockets, spanners, torque tools and tool storage), Work Sharp (knife and tool sharpeners) and NomadiQ (portable BBQs, stoves and accessories).

Can I buy a single socket or bit instead of a full set?

Yes. We stock individual sockets, bits, spanners and keys in a wide range of sizes, plus spare parts, so you can replace just the piece you need.

What does "drive size" mean?

The drive size is the size of the square that connects a socket to a ratchet, bar or torque wrench: 1/4", 3/8", 1/2", 3/4" or 1". The socket and the handle need the same drive size, or you can join different sizes with an adaptor.

What is the difference between metric and AF sizes?

Metric sizes are measured in millimetres (for example 13mm). AF ("across flats") sizes are measured in inches (for example 1/2"). Choose the system that matches the nuts and bolts you are working on.

Should I choose a 6-point or 12-point socket?

A 6-point socket grips the flat sides of a nut or bolt, giving a strong hold that is less likely to round off the corners. A 12-point socket has twice as many positions to fit onto the fastener, which helps in tight spaces where you can only move the handle a short way.
